18+ Rule and Age Verification:
This online competition website is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering and participating, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to promote a safe and responsible online environment.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or participate in any competitions. Any account found to be operated by a minor may be suspended or removed without notice.
After a participant is selected as a winner and before any prize is issued, age verification will be required. Winners must either take part in a brief FaceTime (or similar video) call to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a passport or driving licence, or alternatively email a partial copy of their identification showing only their photograph and date of birth. Sensitive information such as document numbers may be covered or hidden.
In addition, when a prize is delivered to the winner’s address or collected from an authorised Nikon dealer, the winner will be required to present valid proof of age using an official government-issued photo identification document before the prize can be released.
Failure to provide valid proof of age at any stage of the verification or delivery process will result in disqualification, and the prize may be awarded to another participant.
By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge and agree to this age verification and delivery verification process and all related terms and conditions of participation.
